exchange policies

order exchange
  • Purchased products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • As we work with limited editions, it is not possible to guarantee exchange for a product of the same edition . The exchange can be made for products available at the customer's choice.

  • SOLD OUT EDITIONS PARTS WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED. Once the series is exhausted, the pieces will not be exchanged, except for reasons of defect.

Default exchange:

  • All freight will be paid by NOVE 13 (return of defective product and shipment of new product). As long as to the same address.

  • Defects resulting from misuse are not subject to exchange. The repair of the part can be evaluated.

 

Exchange for another product:

  • Shipping will be paid by the customer.

  • The exchange may be made without reason on the part of the customer, provided that the items described here are observed (respecting deadlines and conditions).

  • When choosing to exchange a higher value product, the difference must be paid in full by the customer.

RETURN FOR PURCHASE REPENTANCE
  • Purchased products may be returned without any reason on the part of the customer within 7 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. 

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging together with the graphic materials.

  • The value of the product will be fully refunded.

  • The value of the return shipping of the product will be paid by the customer.

ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE
  • Customized pieces (Containing engravings of: dates, characters, names, numbers, specific artwork developed exclusively for the client, changes in chains  and other customizations requested by the client).

  • Unique pieces will not be exchangeable.
